Since 4 January 2007 that the Federal Police does not support the point of embarkation for minors under special conditions. From now on, the board of Children with Brazilian nationality, will be made only under the following conditions:
1 - If you are accompanied by both parents.
2 - If you are alone, or in the company of any other family other than a parent, you must have a judicial authorization.
3 - If you are accompanied only by a parent, father or mother and if it is Brazilian, you can board with the permission of the other parent made in registry with name recognition.
4 - If you are accompanied by only one parent and that is foreign, even if it is resident in Brazil can only board with judicial authorization.
If in doubt consult the ACE-Status of Children and Adolescents, Law 8069/90, Article 84 and 85.
The permits are required only for children of Brazilian nationality. If the minor has two nationalities (the Brazilian nationality and another nationality) must also be allowed to prevail the Brazilian.Below the addresses to obtain the authorization:
