Native Americans, obviously. I think there are some tribes throughout South America. As far as I know, all have had contact with the global community, but some still maintain their culture.
the first people of brazil were american indians, they used to speak many of their tribal languages like pano and tupi.there are around 65 indigenous tribes of people in brazil.yes many of these tribes still exist to the present day.
They were called Tupinambas or Tupis and spoke tupi. Very interesting language and I found out blue and green had the same word. They must have been colorblind like some man are?!

Do Brazilians today know how to speak these two languages? I am interested on this topic. So what is the national language of Brazil if there are 65 indigenous tribes? I assumed this 65 tribes has 65 different languages.
