Hello.

I am trying to phone a friend who lives in Capao da Canao, but I am having trouble getting through. She has told me to dial 011 55 51 first, and then her cellular number. When I called, I reached someone but it was the wrong number. Since I don't speak Portuguese, I just had to apologize and hang up.
I checked the internet, and I the correct city code for Porto Alegre is 51. My friend says that she doesn't understand why I am getting the wrong person, and I am confused as well.
Does anyone know why I cannot get through to my friend, or maybe know of a different city code that I should be using?
