Thread: Great Program in Brazil (automobiles)

Because of the oil crisis happened during the year 1973, the Brazilian government initiated Alcool Program. This is a nationwide campaign that favors ethanol to be used in automobiles. Fortunately, the programs succeeded which reduced the number of running automobiles in gasoline by 10 million thus lessen the oil imports!

Yes quite good for the population. FYI they recently discovered another area full of petroleum so it seems that Brazil is really on its ways to be a richer country.
