Where is the best place to use the internet in Brazil? Are there any really great internet cafes?

I think the best place to get internet in Brazil is your home. It's cheaper to get home internet service, and you can set it up you own wifi.

May I know how many ISP available there and which one is the best? Can I get quick temp internet services there if I have a short visit there apart from internet cafe?

well, there are many internet cafe, You can get those anywhere. Don't worry you won't find any problem there nuaeman.

What do most people over there do in internet cafes? Believe it or not at my place almost all went to those cafes to play online or local network games and it's not that cheap here, not sure in Brazil.
