Do you have to work a lot? I know some people who seem to have to spend all their time working. They never have any free time.

I have to work a lot, but I still have free time. I think I spend about half of my waking life working, and the rest I have to myself.

It depends on your job/business. If it pays off well, and doesn't require much time, then you'll have more free time than someone who has a lesser paying job and who has to work longer/harder. As those people will not only not have as much time, but be tired as well. And probably dedicate their free time to resting.

To enjoy a good life everyone has to work hard. I work about 10 hours a day
to manage my consultancy business and my internet business.

Almost forgot to add it up, not just working hard but also working smart as well. It's kinda sad if you work so hard to produce the result in such a long time while others produce the same thing with less effort and shorter time.

Nuaeman, both are required. Like only hard working does not yield 100%, so thus smart work. The combination of both is necessary to get a desired result and to be successful.

Right now, I am working a lot but not to the extend that I don't have enough time for myself. I still got the time to watch movies, go to church during Sundays and can even go shopping. I am now having an internet business which I am working really hard to have the highest passive income possible. I don't like to work until 60. Life is too beautiful to just spend it working. I have to enjoy God's nature gifts to us.

I limit myself to an 8 hour workday. Working at home does have its perks like having your own schedule.

Rightly said . . . Quantity of work doesn't matter, its the quality of work!

Well that can be said of cetain people living anywhere in the world. Depends what you do , basic working week is 42 hours and ive never met anyone who works 2 jobs or who works overtime against their will or because if they dont they will starve. Minimum wage isnt much but it will buy more food etc than it would in the UK for example, and not that many get just minimum wage. Professionals are well paid in general and have a much higher standard of life than the same in the UK.
