The best places in Brazil to have great wildlife experience are the Amazon Rainforest and the Pantanal, located in the state of Mato Grosso. A boat cruise along the Amazon forests is a must for tourists.

That's interesting! Does the park have animals that cannot be found in other country's animal parks? I am just curious.

Yup, each person's perception is different but once in a while it's nice to enjoy nature.

Whilst the Amazon may be the internationally recognized name when people reference the rainforests and wildlife of Brazil, ask a Brazilian and they’ll tell you it’s all about the Pantanal.

A vast area of lakes, marsh grasses and swamps, the Pantanal is a beautiful region in central southern Brazil and home to an incredible array of wildlife. From caimans, piranhas and anaconda to macaws, pumas and howler monkeys, you’ll see them all during a stay in the Pantanal; this place is an adventure lover’s dream and offers a type of safari like no other in the world.

Visiting Pantanal Brazil is one of the most breathtaking and exhilarating adventures you will ever take in your life – as home to what may be the world’s largest and certainly the most diverse freshwater wetland ecosystem, you’ll never see anything else like it. It is certainly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

In national parks is not allowed to fish or hunting, but of course there is a lot of places where you can do that. Just be sure if it is really allowed, when you arrive, ask about it in IBAMA or Florestal Police.

The Amazon rainforest is a moist broadleaf forest that covers most of the Amazon Basin of South America. It covers over a billion acres, encompassing areas in Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia and the Eastern Andean region of Ecuador and Peru.
