Default what should you eat after you exercises?

After long time exercises, how to keep your energy and how to replenish your body energy?
What kind of food will help on this and won't make you fat?

Oh, after exercises I drink much water, or lemonade, and I eat many fruits, specially the fruits of the season.

I eat many fruits in order to supplement the minerals losses during the exercises, and later I eat some rice and beans, or lunches.

I eat a lot of egg white. It contains protein. Protein provides the amino acids necessary to rebuild muscle tissue that is damaged during intense, prolonged exercise. It can also increase the absorption of water from the intestines and improve muscle hydration.

After exercises your body needs to replace minerals, so you should eat fruits or drink fruit juices.
