Bolinha Restaurante makes delicious Feijoada. Cafe Brazil for coffee, omelettes and quesadillas. Texas de Brazil for authentic Brazilian steak.

Cafe Brazil? Sounds nice. What types of foods? I am also wondering if the coffee in Brazil is amazing. Is it?

Brazilians drink locally grown coffees and each region has its own label. They like dark and strong coffee and they serve it with plenty of sugar and scalded milk.

They literally heat milk in a pan until it forms a skin, then use a plate to hold the skin back while they pour the milk into your cup. And the milk constitutes about half the total amount, which is good considering how strong the coffee is to begin with.

Sounds interesting... how does it taste compared to the milk we buy at the grocery?
