Thread: What are the best extict food in your country?

From my hope country (Philippines), there are the following:

1. Balot - steamed duck embryo with vinegar sauce. mmmmm it tastes good!
2. Dinuguan - Sauteed Pigs' Blood with internal organs.
3. Isaw-Isaw - Grilled Chicken Intestines
4. Fried Frogs and Fried Lizards (Large one)
5. Tokneneng - Chicken Egg with dough coating.
