I try to eat healthy, but I'm not on any kind of strict diet.
I am certainly not on any diet. I just eat whatever I want whenever I like. I think eating is one of the 'pleasure' that we can have in life.![]()
nope i m not on a diet,i do yoga to stay fit ,i don't curb my eating habits and i think excercise is the better option ,it is slow but when you do it harder not only you become more fit but also your immunity improves a lot.
I am not on a diet. But I avoid fatty foods like butter, cheese etc. Though I like fried foods, I am trying to reduce it's consumption.
Thanks to the fact I did some regular exercise and activites like football once a while, I find not much problem with fatty foods.
I follow a vegan diet. I'm sure you'll never put on weight on vegan diet!
I never went ot a diet. I don't think I have to. I never went over my recommended weight. I am lucky to have a good metabolism and body structure. But I observe healthy eating... not much on junk foods, sweets and high calories.
hi there! for me the best diet is eating at the right time and the right food, if you want to loose weight better stop eating fatty foods and red meat(beef and pork) because this kind of food takes 28 days to be digested in our body but what if you have slow metabolism and doesnt have regular bowel movement that would be longer than expected...better eat white meat(fish and chicken), fruits and vegetables to help your body lessen its toxin..try it it would surely help
Dieting is a good option, but it shouldn't be done in a way that you start to look weaker after loosing weight. It should be done in a balanced way. What do you guys think about that?
Apart from Dieting, exercise is a more better option. It may effect slowly but through this way you'll feel good in the transition of loosing weight. There are different ways of exercises and it can be done in lighter way as well. Walking is an option of light exercise. Yoga is also a good option.

before hitting the beach, I am usually on a diet but now, I eat a lot especially when I am so stressed out, food is my outlet. I am just lucky I don't gain much![]()

I don't consider myself as "on a diet" because I eat whatever I want. I do exercise every morning to stay in shape. Jogging, and some cardio exercises are my routine every morning.

I'm on a diet right now. I tried several programs just to loose weight like south beach diet, water fasting, etc. Fruit fasting becomes the most effective for me.
I tried to loose weight by not eating dinner and replacing it with cereal, in 1 week time I saw improvement with my stomach bumps, isn't that great!
i want to go on a diet but the body is weak! hehehe...but I always try to eat a balanced meal. Vegetables are always part of my meals. Lucky for me I don't really like sweets so I don't have any problems with any cravings for chocolates or pastries.
There are actually many Brazilian dishes that are healthy. There national dish, Feijoada, is made of beans and meat which is a great alternative for those wanting to slowly veer away from breads, pastas, etc.
No i am never on my diet. I just focus on my exercise which give me full satisfaction. I do running daily at least 30-45 minutes which help me to reduce weight.
