Do you drink soy milk? Why or why not?

I drink soy milk because I am grossed out by regular milk. I mean, it's puss from a cow's a breast.

I drink it sometimes, but not often.

I do not drink soy milk as I do not like the taste of it. But milk should be allright for me though not that much.
Sometimes just good enough.

Soy milk is an excellent source of protiens and calcium. It is cholesterol free and contains cancer preventing elements. Actually Soy Milk is better than cow milk in many respects.

Actually I do heard about cow's milk that is being unsuitable for human to drink regularly, what's your opinion basu06?

Hi nuaeman, I've been drinking cow's milk since I was a child and nothing is wrong with me. I'm healthy and never been hospitalized.

My girlfriend loves soy milk but it's not my thing. I don't like the taste.

To be honest I never tasted soy milk. I know where milk comes from but I always consoled myself with the fact that it gets pasturized so that will kill off all potential germs and stuff.

My husband does drink soya milk but he says it doesnt taste too good.

I don't drink soya milk. I don't like its taste. I love the taste of cow's milk. I have heard that drinking soya milk in a long duration can harm your health. I don't know if it is scientifically true though.

Some say soy milk is dangerous for your health.
Others say cow's milk is dangerous.
One thing for sure, I've been drinking milk all my life and I haven't been hospitalized, not even once.

Really? You must have a blessed genes. Cow's milk is not good for those who are suffering from cancer since it will only feed the cancer cells and make the situation ever worse.

It didn't know that. S othat's why my aunt doesn't buy milk anymore, She is a cancer survivor.

I agree! Milk Sucks ... Dump Dairy unhappy cows dairy-free vegan vegetarian lactose intolerance milksuckers
I prefer soy, almond, oat meal & rice milk.
