    The trick is to count calories and keep track of how many you burn. If you burn more calories than you eat, then you will lost weight.

    Nowadays there're so many promotions and therapy on how to lose weight. But I think anyway you see it, you need to get back to basic which are doing ample exercise and keep an eye on your diet.

    The main thing is to avoid fatty and oily food , eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and exercise.

    Frankly I think most men don't really bother about losing weight but for girls that's a different story , so men LET'S EAT THOSE TASTY STUFFS!

    well nuaeman i agree with you on that ,for men excercising is the way to go like i do yoga for 30 minutes on 5 days a week,for women diet system and excercises can help in staying fit.

    Speaking of Yoga how do you feel before and after you learned about this therapy? Is it suitable for everyone?

    Yoga is considered as the best way , to reduce weight. Yoga, can be done by everyone. People working longer hours does yoga, because yoga is the best way to keep oneself free from any body strain. People who have always been suffering from different pains, flu & cold, indigestion etc can cure themselves by practicing yoga. Many of the disease have yet been cured by yoga without any medical intervention. You can stay active for longer hour(in my case I works almost for 18 hours) all because of practicing yoga.

    I see, very few people practice it at my place, I guess I can try it out when I got the chance. Btw anyone here do Tai Chi before?

    Cut down meat & dairy products, walk/jog daily. When hungry eat an apple or pear - so always have 2 or 3 with you. Drink lots of water, eat sprouts & vegetables.

    By doing swimming you can burn the calories of the body. It is also help you to strengthen your muscles and also give benefit to your back shoulder muscles.

    Exercise with more intensity or workout harder.
