Default Cachaca, Brazil's known liquor drink...

Does anyone had drink it before? How does it taste like compare with other liquors? I heard you can't easily find it in other countries due to its limited exports.

This is the most popular alcoholic drink in Brazil. You can drink it straight or mixed in cocktails.

No recipe Thiago, it something made by sugar cane. I´ve tested of course, but for me it is pure alcohol, I´m not able to drink a drop, it is so strong.

Oh thanks for the info! :-) If it so strong, I'm wondering how will it smell!

Cachaça is like vodka, sake, but it is made of sugar cane...Cachaça contains too much alcohol, so it has a taste of alcohol. I prefer with lemon.

what? 100% Alcohol? is it possible? i heard that 100% alcohol is totally Ban in different countries and i think it cant be any kind of drink. Absolute Vodka uses 44% Alcohol. and it is hard enough to take 3/4 drink.
so i can Guarantee that Cachaca is not more than 50% Alcoholic.
if i am wrong then plz clarify me.
