Thread: Historical photos of Brazil

Hi,
I'm a freelance writer working on a project that touches on some events in Brazil in 1954 (Caratinga) and 1971 (Sao Luis).
I am struggling to find a source of images - specifically looking for pictures of the above towns from (roughly) the dates above.
Can anyone recommend a line of inquiry?

Yes, I've looked all over, and asked some of the big photo agencies to look in their records (millions of photos from all over the world) but no luck.
