Thread: What's about Real Estate investment business?

I have heard that Real estate investment is very profitable business in Brazil. I am interested in doing this kind of business. Please kindly share your ideas?

Yes it is. I would suggest investing in Rio de Janeiro ( especially areas such as Buzios, Angra dos Reis, Paqeuta). Macaé is also a good area to invest in- it is an area that is currently growing and has a lot of movement geared towards industrialization. You may also think about São Paulo- it is a gorgous place to invest in a well. You may want yo invest in Hotels, houses. There are a lot of abandoned buildings in major areas so you would not have a problem establishing yourself in these areas.

I agree with the previous post! Indeed, Rio de Janeiro is the hot spot for real estates.. It would be profitable to have your investments there since the area is promising.. The site is very ideal for business.. Goodluck!

I agree with our friends, but I would also suggest investing in São Paulo city, specially in commercial real states (business office rooms), in the following districts: Brooklin, Itaim, Jardins, and Vila Olímpia. Excellent returns!
