I always thought to export some goods to Brazil from Europe but I don't know what. Is there anything you feel that is missing in the market?

Brazil has one of the highest taxations in the world, and the importation fees are around 60%, more other fees and internal taxes.
Anyway, Brazil has been importing too many products due to a lower dollar.
One thing you should deal first is the tax when you import any product in Brazil. Next is, your storage area which you need to rent. There are a lot of things you can import and the best thing for you to know the missing product/service is to go there and conduct a survey, observe the market need on a particular location. And lastly, make a feasibility study.
yah! i think barefoot is right.. feasibility study would be best in this kind of situation.. hmm.. i know brazil is exporting lots of products.. cant pinpoint particular thing.. Hope other members could give you an idea.. gudluck!
That's why computer and other goods are so expensive in Brazil. If you buy a mac for example in USA or Europa is much cheaper. If you earn an average salary as a waiter in europe you can buy a computer saving for a few months, if you have the same job and live in Brazil it will be nearly impossible. Products are very expensive in Brazil. I have no idea what's missing in Brazil, it's a huge country and they can produce nearly everything you can imagine....
Brazil needs high technologies, yes we need the "know-how", because Brazil is the commodities owner in the world.
Does Brazil produce it's own brand of automobiles or are those all imported as well? Thank you in advance for any information you can provide!
Brazil does produce its own cars. There are many locally made cars here.
I think we are lacking variety in food here. It is difficult to find new things in the supermarket. Just the same things you keep seeing over and over again. So bring some different food stuff to Brazil for us to try out!!
Can you please name the makes and models of the Brazilian made cars? because I have never seen any of them on the foreighn market! Thanks braniac! :-)
Brazil produces cars, but all cars are produced by multicompanies such as General Motors, Fiat, Ford, etc. There isn´t a genuine Brazilian car in the market. There aren´t Brazilian companies producing cas in Brazil.
Before 1994, there were only 4 companies producing cars in Brazil:
VOLKSWAGEN
GENERAL MOTORS
FORD
FIAT
The number of car makers has increased since the last 2 decades, specially coming from Europe, Japan and Corea:

The details are quite right as i have verified the data through my agent in the exports department at a high PR company involved in exports for several years. But you have to invest heavily in order t import these items as they are the ones with highest import duties.
