I think I would like to open up a small cafe just outside of the Amazon rain forest.
I would cater to the yuppies and serve them over-priced coffee and vegetarian dishes and make a fortune!

This country is swarmed by tourist. So one of the best businesses that you could build or start is a resort. In addition to that, cafes, restaurants, and souvenir shops will also click.

In most cities there is a need for that, most people lack even basic English skills, but then I'm not sure as I think many just don't make the effort, a lot of people I meet know some Italian for instance, maybe because it's a lot easier for them, but they don't seem interested in improving their English, personally I think it's a mistake.

Well I would start a construction business that would focus on steel and pre-fabricated concrete constructions. With the investment being made by the Chinese and Germans in Brazil, the price of steel will fall in a few years and thus become more accessible to different clients. The block by block system is becoming something of the past so definitely pre-fabricated concrete. If that failed then I would start a restaurant in a posh area in Brazil-- people always go out eating and you can never go wrong if you have a talented chef!
