Is it a good idea to have a business partner? Why or why not?

It can be good because you can both invest and have twice as much money. It can be bad, though, if you don't work together well and have the same goals.

Well it's good if you your partner is highly trustworthy, unfortunately money can corrupt people and it might cause problems later on. But as long as you assign your business partner a certain section of the business and you know what's going on, you should be fine as you could easily detect if your partner plans to screw you over. But usually the partner wants 50:50 so they would know the technical aspects, and this is where problems might occur. Honesty and loyalty can help prevent problems though so don't get discouraged.

Of course yes, I think Its good to have business partner. At least you can support each other. When one side felt down. the other side can give motivate to uplift you and encourage you to not give up.

yes,it is always nice to have a partner,both of you can contribute in terms of capital as well as can guide each other in conditions when one in not sure of what decision to take,u can also have a partners taking care of different areas like one is taking care of the finance and organization management while the other can focus on customer relations and technical aspects.

I can share my experience here, Actually Iam also have businees partner in my biz so we can split the job. Like us we do training and class for money making thru internet. So Im looking for prospect for our class and my partner will take care the class.
