What's the best way to make the economy grow as much as possible in Brazil?

by educating the common people for a start,eradication of poverty ,inviting foreign capital into the market ,reaping maximum benefits out of the areas like tourism as brazil has great places and beaches .tapping into the vast potential of the country,making computer education a must till high school and yes allowing the indegeneous companies to grow as much as possible.

Yeah you have a good idea. But I think, the organization of the government play the main role in develop the country. Without them, we cannot do anything.
