The reason is that the Dollar is been devaluing day by day, due to the economical slowdown in American and European economies.
The prime rate of U.S.A., most of European countries, Japan, and other Asiatic countries are near zero, then the investors come to invest in Brazil, because Brazil is one of the emergents that better supported the current crisis, for the strong economical fundaments, for the increasing prices of commodities, for the excellent financial regulation, and because Brazil has one of the highest prime rates of the world. That´s the main reason.
Brazil survives from commodities. Yes, we have the best minerals, iron, metals, and now oil!
The quality of the oil of Brazil is much better than the Arabian oil producers.
The main companies which make the Bovespa Index raise are Petrobras (oil), Vale (Minerals), and Banks such as Itau, Banco do Brasil and Bradesco.
Brazil has been changing and very fast...Brazil is going to be the 4th or 5th highest economy of the world.
Today Brazil is the 8th.

Brazil's economy has been one of the most robust in the emerging markets, and the Brazilian stock market has reflected this strength. The major stock index in Brazil is the Bovespa.
