Thread: Crime in Rio Grande do Norte?

Is there much crime in Rio Grande do Norte, or is it mostly a crime free place to live?

Rio Grande do Norte has several fine universities, that being the case I would assume that crime is pretty much kept to a minimum in that area of the country, so as to protect the young students.
