Do you know of any famous restaurants in Santa Catarina? Have you ever been to any of them?

Sushimasa is a small restaurant in Beira Mar avenue that serves Japanese cuisine. It's speciality is Sushi. One of my friends has visited the restaurant and praised about it.

I know one but not in Santa Catarina it's in Brasilia.

In Rio: go to churrascaria Porcao! You will eat a lot in this place as much as you can! It's kind of Brazilian Meat Circus, the waiter will pass to your table all the time offering different kind of meats straight to your plate. We call this "rodizio" and in my opinion is the best way to feel how is the brazilian food style!!!!!!

Sorry I do not know about anything in Santa Catarina- but I can suggest a few places in Rio. I like Zuca- it is a bit expensive- but value for your money. There is also Baby Ribs.
