    its really hard to lose you're stomach without some form of exercise i believe..

    yeah..you cant lose the beer belly if you just go on a diet..exercise should also be in your itinerary..

    do some exercises of abs while watching them... you'll not feel the amount you do!!!

    Best way to lose excess fat on your stomach is to cut back on a lot of breads, pastas, sweets and soda. Then walk a few miles everday and do situps when you get up in the morning and right before you go to bed. It actually worked for me, I lost 60 pounds and got rid of my gut this way in about 2 months. Of course it will take a bit longer if you are a female. Good luck!

    Men don't like overweight women for the same reasons women don't like overweight men. LOL. It is definitely a cultural phenomena. In many countries, women who are "overweight" are considered desirable.
