Hey melancholic i have done it many times and it is good type of diet. i really like it. In fasting we can lose weight and can burn fat easily. I suggest everyone to do it but too much fasting is not good for health.

Hi Guys...I am on fasting in these day . It is really difficult for me to be on fasting for the long time . I usually do fasting for 15 hours . I eat nothing for 15 hours .

Hi johnywalker. If you do it properly, you will be happy, confident and can expect positive changes in your life. I can give you some fasting tips. I hope it can help.
Fasting Tips:
-Rather than having solids, increase your liquid intake.
-Don’t do anything strenuous.
-When you end your fast, don’t binge. Your stomach will have shrunk and it will take you a couple of days to rebuild your normal intake of food.
