Exercise is the only way to get a fitness and a better shape. If we do exercise regularly we can get a better body shape easily. Walk and swimming both are important for health.

Thanks Arnold! Those are some really good tips. I think motivation is my biggest problem, I am just so darn tired when I get home from work. :-)
