    Yes, Yoga is one of the best relaxing methods to keep a good welfare.

    Some of the disadvantages of the exercise are an ill effect on health and the vitals. These include physical symptoms which are mainly insomnia, congestion of energy resulting in weakening of the body, pain and discomfort, fever or over heating, skin rashes as well as depression.

    I have heard that Nirvana is the biggest yoga studio in Rio de Janeiro. I was told that they offer wooden floor yoga rooms, pilates room, sauna, organic restaurant and a day SPA.Beautiful view and parking. For all you Yoga enthusiast, you may want to check it out!
