Do you exercise often?
Do you exercise often? If so, how often? What do you do for exercise?
-
I usually play soccer at least once a week that keeps me in shape. Sports are a fun way to exercise, you can also buy some equipment to work out at home. Another thing you can do is jog in your local park or even walk around, both help. You can also invite a friend to come with you to make it less boring, and if you both enjoy it you can turn it into a healthy habit.

I do not exercise as much as I used to before my accident. I used to play baseball, football, run, skate. Now I am pretty much limited to walking and sometimes can not do that anymore.
-
I doing exercise only before playing football every evening. But when playing football I get sweat more, so there is no more cholestrol in me.

In my opinion, exercise is important in controlling our healthy. So let us together make exercise at least 3 times per week

yes i do yoga and some running on like 3 days a week,it gives such a fresh feeling from the inside and makes you ready for a great day.
-
I do yoga daily almost 7 days a week. It is only because of yoga, i can work for more than 18 hours a day. So, I would recommend to all, go for Yoga. It will keep you energetic and healthy as well..

I never did Yoga before, perhaps I would try it when I have the moment to do so and hopefully makes me feel more refreshing.

Honestly, I am not
I would love to but I am not exerting any effort to insert it in my activities. I am getting fat these days since I am working at home for the past 2 months now. Hopefully, I can enroll at a fitness gym one of these days.
-
I play basketball every Tuesday and football every Saturday. Other than that, I don't do any other exercise during the week because of my busy schedule.
-
I used to go to the gym but now I have become super lazy. I dont have much time really and I live in a HOT country.
-
Now that I got a dog, he takes me for walks and makes sure I get excersize!
-
I bellydance, dance samba, swim in the summer...and I'm hopefully going to start jogging in the mornings and ride horses. There is a riding school literally a few minutes away from my house so I'm going to give them a call tomorrow and see what my options are

Oh, and I have had a gym membership on two different occassions with a 2 ½ year gap between each occassion. The thing with gyms is that they bore the hell out of me. I can motivate myself to go there for a couple of months but then I find it so boring that poking my eyes out with a fork seems more appealing than going to the gym.
