    Default Brazilian Encounter

I've read an article which talks about dealing with the Brazilian folks.. I just want to share her thoughts. Well generally, when dealing with foreigners, of course, you should try to at least deal with them according to their culture right? Here are what the writer tells about the Brazilian people:

    1. "Informality is in the air". They are very cheerful and very informal. It can be seen in the way they dress and intimate physical contact. I mean kissing and flirting. You should be prepared to see people kissing in the road for three or four times in a day (at least).

    2. "Punctuality Counts" - for others, not for Brazilians. If someone will tell you to meet him/her at 9, if don't want to wait, better go at 9:30. They are not conscious with the time.

    3. "I love Foreigners". Compared top other countries, they said that Brazilian are the most hospitable ones. They will communicate to you without hesitation! That's for sure..

    4. "Promise!!" For them, promises are made to be broken. Expect the best, prepare for the worst.

Please share your Brazilian Encounter. It is very much appreciated! Thanks

Wow, if all this true then Brazilians really seemed to be a laid-back kind of people. Sounds like a really stress free environment. I will have to take a nice long vacation there!

Yes, the post is absolutely correct! lol

    5. "Brazil isnīt a serious country". In fact, in the past, when Brazil had faced the worst economical crisis, Governments of other nations usually had said that Brazil isnīt a serious country.
