Exclamation I've married a Brazilian - what is the next step for becoming a permanent resident?

    Hello,

I am in need of help. I have viewed the Consulate General's website for my area's jurisdiction and not found what I needed. I called and they told me to email of which I am still waiting for a reply...

My wife is a Brazilian citizen (we met when I lived there) and we are both here in America. I need to apply for a permanent visa or a Brazilian passport but am not sure what channels to go through for this process. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I plan on living there and here in the US part time each year. I am looking for maybe a third party visa service to help or perhaps maybe I'll drive to the consulate when I can get some vacation time. Please help - my wife and I want to visit her family!

    Thanks!

you should apply for permanent Residency and then in the form you must have a place which will say that in which basis you are applying? here just tell them about your marriage and they will verify it by police verification and judging your marriage certificate. if you are original then after some formality you will be given the PR.
