How many new citizens does Brazil get every year?

I don't think the number of citizens increases much. For each new citizen there is probably a citizen leaving or dying.

I guess the factors to this is due to low birthrate as well perhaps some other reasons like health and such. I checked on the internet and noticed the growth is merely 1% each year.

To me the question seems some what weird, but anyway nuaeman came up with his research. Thanks, Nuaeman i didn't know about that.

Well I guess more of checking than research , I guess it's kinda ok for 1% growth for a population that's going to reach 200 million, while some other countries like Russia where the population growth actually going down a little.

Like Russia, even Singapore is facing the same problem, decline in the population. Guess what , the government their introduced schemes of giving gifts to the people who will have children, sounds kinda weird but it happened just two year back or so.

I believe Singapore is not due to poverty or anything but rather the living standards and society there where most of them have no intend to go into relationships and having a child due to the busy life and high cost living.

No, its not because of that, but because of hard work(busy life). They are so much dedicated to their work, they spend most of the time to achieve more than they have , that they just run out of social life.

Kinda sad to hear about that, materialism and such really change the way the society lives nowadays. I find Japan and Singapore rather similar but different in a way.

well the question is not clear...do you mean how many new births in brazil every year or how many foreigners take brazilian citizenship every year or both??

I guess he meant in general which includes foreigners as well, but then I don't think there's a lot immigrants over there excluding illegal ones as more people prefer developed countries like Europe and such.

yes there are not much of immigrants but why do you want to know that,just follow your heart and go wherever you want to go,if yuri gagrin had considered that no one lives in space or people who live alone in space stations for a month or so they wouldn't have been there,if you like it be there,don't consider about others.

I guess he's just curious but then if you notice the country's population has been dwelling every year, it would be wise to check out the reason.
