    Question Which City in Brazil by the Ocean is the Best Place for Americans to buy a Home ?

    Many Americans are so very interested in Brazil now. However it is very frustrating and confusing trying to decide on which City is best for them.

    It depends. Personally I'd choose Florianopolis or Porto Alegre, but some might prefer Recife or Rio.

    What do you think about cities like Joao Pessoa Natal and Fortaleza ? I would alos like to know what you think about a city called Sao Sebastioa ?
