I came across some Brazil real estate postings today, and am wondering about Joaoa Pessoa. Strange that you mentioned it. What is it about JP that attracts you back?? I'm living in Canada now and am thinking about relocating to Brazil. Thank you.

This year airport will be international and properties and tourism will grow up
my cousin has girlfriend there and he tell me many news about joao pessoa, at my eyes look to be the Rimini (2500 hotels in a town, more of London and Zurigo together) sea tourism of 50 years ago, where now there are 50 hotels , will be 1000 from some dozen years.
And there are not favelas in joao Pessoa and there is not only people from uk and usa but also many from north europe.
And in front of of many other towns of brazil properties and life is more cheap

it is betwee n the more famous Natal and Recife and have more cheap prices and a lot less criminality, my cousin is often there to girlfriend an d also some other my friends are planning to go to live there, I 'll be thre at ened of september or I don't know or after may 2009, we'll see

I only know that in july and june is continuosly raining, in august is raining little all the day, but ver little and this fresh people from hot of sun, I don't know about prices of fly, but you founded drect fly to Joao Pessoa or you will go to the nearest Natal and Recife ?
I know taxi cost about 1$ per km
