    Default Hello

Hello Solbuilders. Congratulatios with your new house. I have lived a long time in this area. The klima are the best in whold Brasil. What are not so good are the corruption i Rio Grande de Norte. Especially in real estate buisness. Be sure to get your scritura so fast as possible, and you have to registre in the notarius publicus in Pipa. I you have questions just ask :-).

    Hello
I am an American living n/w of Rio and can possibly advise you on all the learning experiences that I have had, the hard way. Brazil is beautiful and alot slower than NY and London. The weather is ofcourse much better and the people are much friendlier than our countries. If you need advise or plan to retire here just ask.

Thanks stacy i appreciate your reply i really wanted to know about pipa notjing really else pipa is a small place about 80km from natal seemed busy when i was there a couple of months back i assume youve had bad experiences and im sorry about that i thouroughly enjoyed brazil dont think ive ever experienced anything like it where the rich live like kings and the poor well i dont think ive seen anything like it ive been fortunate to travelk to a lot of countries around the world but ive never seen anything like the poor in brazil but this is life and we must just get on with it .Regarding retirement i am only 35 years so retirement a long way away unless i win thge 100million euro lotto this weekend but doubt that as well .Do you have any info on pipa and have you been there.

    cheers murphy

Sorry dont have info on that location. Brazil is wonderful or I would not live there. What I ment is things are done differently obviously from New York and you need to adapt.
