I met a brazilian friend online and we used to chat a lot and he gave me his mobile phone number and we used to call each other.now am trying to call him but it doesn't work anymore.i think he changed his number. i know his old number and his full name .If i called brazilian phone companies and give them the old number and the full name would they give me the new phone number? can you guys help me or I lost my friend forever?
