    Default Foreign Food

I think a good investment would be making a restaurant or grocery that introduced foreign food that has a demand or that could have one.

For example if there were a lot of Indians living a particular area but hardly any Indian spices or other similar goods for sale, it would be a good idea to sell such goods. Or perhaps even introduce the locals to it. (It can be applied to other foreign food, not just Indian food). Chinese food would be another good dish as it's pretty much highly popular worldwide.

It always has been the law of supply and demand Gary. If you have a demand for something you should supply it. The only time you do not supply it is when the demand is to low for you to compete.

I think restaurant would be nice compare to grocery since most ingredients can be found anywhere but when it comes to recipe and cooking, I wonder if Brazilians like spicy food as it's pretty common at my place.
