i think taking classes on Portuguese is a great idea to improve the language. but it will become a prestigious issue. how much embarrassed i will be in-front of my students? its a good way but i don't think its so good for me.
thanks to barefoot for the link.

You are more than welcome. That would be great if you're really into learning. This kind of language needs a lot of attention and determination. I am still on the process in learning this but I guess I cant do it this time. I am so busy with my work and I really need a huge amount of time in order to learn. Goodluck and Godbless!

Have you tried a brazilian boyfriend/girlfriend? Or what about to join some communities online and try to get involved there? Take a dictionary, google translator and try to learn some new words

Taking classes from a good Portuguese teacher and paying attention to the many Verb Modals (more complex than English), and to the vast vocabulary, too.

It's so amazing how Portuguese talk that fast. Just by looking and listening to the movements of their mouths.

I am trying to learn Portugese at the moment and so are my kids cause we are planning to move in the far future. It is difficult enough for me and I was wondering if there are any language games that would make it easier for the kids to learn- anyone know anything like that? Ta so
