Where can I get an english-to-portuguese dictionary? How much do they cost?

Your local book store probably has one, if not you can order one online from a larger bookstore like Barnes and Nobles. As for the price, not too sure but probably under $10 USD. They also sell electronic translators for under $60 USD. Check your local electronics store and see if they have any available. Some of them even talk!

Go to www.downloads.com . You can find there for free or at a very small price.
