    Your local book store probably has one, if not you can order one online from a larger bookstore like Barnes and Nobles. As for the price, not too sure but probably under $10 USD. They also sell electronic translators for under $60 USD. Check your local electronics store and see if they have any available. Some of them even talk!

    It can translate a web page as well but not that good.

    I have a pocket and very good one, Mini Colins, you can keep it with you everywhere
