Thread: Rental Mail Boxes in Rio

I was wondering if rental mail boxes , like you find in the USA at
UPS Stores , exist in Rio De Janiero ?
I have made a friend online who lives in Rio.
They tell me that the neighborhood they live in is so bad ,
that mail service is unpredictable and if I mailed a small
package ( gift ) , the odds are they would never get it.
So I was wonderingif there are stores that rent postal boxes ,
where I could send my friend all my letters and small packages ?

your friend can rent what we call of a Caixa Postal, ask him to go in a Post Office (Correios) and ask about it, it is not expensive.

Correios: encomendas, rastreamento, telegramas, cep, cartas, selos, agências e mais!
