Thread: Can I get a taxi cab anytime of the day and late night in Brazil?

I wanna go party a lot in my trip to brazil and I want to know if it's easy and safe to get cab anytime in Brazil, how it works? I am from london and here we shouldn't get a cab straight on the street but we have to book over the phone. how is in brazil, is safe? thanks
