Thread: Do you get sick much?

Do you get sick much in Brazil? When is the last time you were sick?

I'm sick right now. I have a headache and a a cold.

I get sick occasionally, but not that often.

I am free from any sick right now. But does not know what will happen later.

it sounds like samuel jackson's dialogue from unbreakable....lol....i haven't been sick from some time but yes i do get sick and cannot predict what will happen in future.

Guess what I'm kinda sick recently, it always happen when stress and spicy food comes by. It really sickens me since I'm unable to concentrate much and have to avoid some of those tasty foods.

Never since i started practicing yoga. Nuaeman I would suggest start practicing yoga, you will get relieve from all the problems , you mentioned above very easily .

Thanks, apart from that I guess I had to practice temptation control as well so I don't gobble up delicious spicy foods and such every now and then
