What legal considerations are there for a person who wants to start a business in Brazil? Have you or anyone you know ever tried to start a business in Brazil?

I would recommend starting a corporation first. You will have a lot of trouble doing things without a corporation if you are an expat.

my friend started a business in brazil and to this day he is regretting it, a lot f red tape, if he read your post he would definitely say dont do it !!
