    Rio Branco is the capital of Acre. People that are traveling to the state will not have any problems entering Aeroporto Internacional de Rio Branco. It has over 300,000 habitants and is considered a very developed area in Brazil. There are more than 211 schools and it is considered one of the most educated states in Brazil with a literacy percentage of 13%. Most of its cultural impact is due to people from the Nothern Areas of Brazil and this has also influenced it cuisine as well.

    As you enter Rio Branco, you will discover a couple of typical wooden veranda bars overlooking the river and port area, down the alley leading into the main commercial market zone, by the Praça da Bandeira.

    Did you know that A commercial and distribution centre, Rio Branco exports rubber, metals, medicinal plants, Brazil nuts, timber, and furniture. Petroleum and alcohol fuels are processed there.

    Did you know that Rio Branco means "White River", in Portuguese? I also must point out that Rio Branco is the starting point for green tourism in the area, and is surrounded by rubber and Brazil nut forests.A really nice place to visit!

    One of the most famous Palaces of Rio Branco, it was built in 1930 for the seat of the state government. In 1999, a process began of restaurants of property, respecting its historical character and its undeniable value political architectural and culture l. In 2008, it was transformed into a museum of history, exposing important facts about the history of the city and state since its inception.

    I´ve never been to Rio Branco yet, but there are nice places to know in Rio Branco.
