I hope i will find a boyfriend next year in my gapyear in rio.... I am a romantic girl and i like romantic places, where are the best places to visit and spend time with someone you like?

Oh, yes... you can have a good time in the beaches, and on bordwalks of the beaches. Many nice people uses to run or ride a bike on the bordwalkers, and you may find some good boy to meet you. Have nice trip to Rio!

I guess the the Botanic Garden is a very nice e romantic place to go as well as the "Lage Park" next to the Botanic Garden. There's a fantastic beach which is situated near "A Barra da Tijuca", this beach is very quiet and called "A Prainha".

Buzios is my selected area-- very romantic indeed. I also like Petropolis-- this is a bit more European in style and such-- but still quite very nice.

I agree with you about Petropolis, I really liked it! Do you know Teresopolis which is a interested city to visit too

For me the the romance starts from the beach and it ends in the sea. i love beaches and its the most romantic place. so spend sometime in the beach you will diverted into totally a romantic moment and that romantic mentality will help you to find a Boy Friend.. Be careful about the Brazilian Guys, they are very much tough

Why are these places so romantic? Can you please elaborate on some of the details of
these locations? For instance, are there beautiful sunsets, is it the quietness of the atmosphere or
