Yes, thatīs true! The Brazilian Government is planning to build a rail linking Campinas, Guarulhos (international airport), and São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro. The project will cost about $56 billions, and according to the last information, a Korean rail maker has won the project. The rail will be able to receive high velocity trains and the travel will be in about 45 minutes. Today, you go in 6 hours by highways, and 45 minutes by airplanes, so the future big rail will compete to the airplane companies. The ticketīs costs will be about $150.00, and the project will be complete until 2014 for attend the Football World Cup.
