Hoping you can help me. It will be my first time to Brazil next year and we are going during Carnaval time. We need some advice on the following?

Have you been to the island of Ilha Grande? ( If so where do you recommend to stay?). If we go there then we only have 4 nights in Rio is this enough time? Is it worth visiting the island of staying in Rio instead? We were going to heard to the island as soon as Carnaval finishes in Rio and then back to Rio for 4 nights.

We are going over in Feb and heading straight to Carnaval Salvador. We have heard the island Morro de Sao Paulo is worth going to? How long should we spend there?
