Yes, they do! But rare, no as common as in US or UK.

I never hear that they do, it is not used

i know they will... for football matches...

I need to know if there are people who is into blind dating in Brazil so I can bring my single friends out there.

Blind date means that you are going to have a date with someone you don't know. It is usually set by other people.

Anyone who has been on several blind dates will probably have a horror story to tell. LOL
