Thread: Most Famous Beach in Brazil

I would like to ask what is the most famous beach in Brazil? Where it is located? Is it fairly affordable? Need some help here guys

Ipanema! It is the source of the song Girl from Ipanema. Definitely a place to visit while in Brazil. It is in the southern part of Rio de Janeiro and I think its affordable.

As a traveler, I've been in different wonderful places. And one of my favorite spot is the Rio de Janeiro in Copacabana. For me, it's one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil that would captivate everyone's heart.

One of the factors that attracted me most when I'm in Rio de Janeiro is its clear inviting waters and white sand. All the amenities that tourists/visitors need are all in there. There are array of cafe's, and resto's that you can choose from. And the relaxing ambiance that really gets you out from a stressful feeling. Also, they offer penthouses on where you can rest.

Thanks for sharing about Rio de Janeiro. I heard a lot about this tourist destination. This is so far my dream getaway at the moment although I am really planning to visit there.

It is said that Rio de Janeiro offers a whole lot of package. Not only it is one of the most loved tourist spot in South America, It also offers everything s normal tourist would want to have and do..A fine dining, great shopping,four star hotels to choose from and small local bars on the beach.
What more can you ask for,It is definitely a must see

The beaches in and around Rio de Janeiro are probably some of the most famous in the world today. And Copacabana is probably the most famous beach in Rio.

Copacabana is one of the best beaches in the world.. Even Barry Manilow made a song about it..

There is part of Copacobana Beach that has group of brazilians doing Capoeira on the street. Very Vibrant scenery.

I'm also in love with the blissful way of the sun when it is rising and setting in Copacabana.

It is the most romantic time when you and your loved ones are all in that scenery!

yeah viewing the sunset in a beautiful beach is the best.

Yeah.. Beaches of Rio really make a name in the whole world. It is because of the beautiful nature, the paradise-like place is really wonderful!

Copacabana attracts mainly tourists (foreign and Brazilian) and working class bathers from the city.


Ipanema is the major beach for middle-class Brazilians.


Lablon beach is right next to Ipanema, just as classy but quieter, making it a good place for families wanting to relax. There's also a large playground for children.

I think all beaches in Brazil has their own attractions and beauty that separates one from the other.

Haha... IDK... But for me, I had the best experience when I visit Brazil last year!
