Thread: porto seguro

Hi I am looking to go to brazil very soon (next few weeks) and was hopeing to go to porto seguro can you tell me how i get there please and any opinion's on were to stay nr the beach and just any help on the area whats the night life there like etc

Porto Seguro is a municipality in the Brazilian state of Bahia.

An international airport was completed in 1993. It receives direct flights from Salvador, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Curitiba and Rio de Janeiro. The airlines serving the city are Varig, Tam, Gol, and Ocean Air. There are also charters flights arriving from Europe, such as Portugal, Amsterdam, Italy and France.

Porto Seguro has one of the best night life in Brazil, there is a lot to do there, don´t miss to go in Tô à Toa bar, there is awesome, and you´ll learn how to dance some funny Axé music. If you don´t know wich hotel or airline to take, just let me know, and I´ll make some indications, but let me know from where you´d like to go from.

Porto Seguro is a town located on the Central Atlantic coast of Brazil. The town is famous for being the first area where Portuguese settled in Brazil. It is known for its historic part of the city and the beaches to the north.

Is porto seguro a place which is popular for beaches? i don't have interest in historical places. i just want to know about the places which are popular for beaches with crystal clear water with white sand. is there any beach which is covered with colorful stones? plz any one inform me about these.
